• As the block medical officer of health I describe the gender based violence in my area. after careful analysis I have found out that in the last two years the gender based violence was done mainly by the uneducated and unemployed people. In addition to this the people who are affected by the violence belong to low social economic class.
• The rural areas were more affected as compared to the urban areas. The police and the local ministers play a very important role to prevent the amount of gender-based violence. Upliftment of the position of women by education can stop such violence to a large extent
