Explanation:
In childhood I was just a boring little boy who was being teased by other bullies. I wasn't interested in studies and was equally uninterested in sports or group activities. I was in third class at that time.
One fine morning , our English teacher was distributing answer sheets of our unit tests , she called my roll no. and asked who is this boy..
I stood up , she called me to come in front. I was scared like anything , thinking of various possibilities , like if somebody had written a song in my answer sheet , or had inserted a currency note inside it :P
I went to check the sheet as instructed. She asked my if this is my handwriting , I nodded . She told the class that she had never seen such beautiful handwriting. My chest inflated similar to the 56 inch chest of our Prime Minister. She praised me a lot in front of our class.
I got motivated like anything, she even told other teachers that there is a boy called Sud whose writing is just amazing. I wanted to keep her expectations high thus started paying attention in class. Every now or then she would praise me , so did the other teachers.
Eventually in next quarterly exam, I performed extra ordinarily and secured second rank in my class. This euphoria of being praised by her and other teachers continued and I always secured a rank in top 3 in my school/college.
That incident and a motivating teacher changed my life permanently, my life took a U turn since then , and currently I am in a respectable PSU, always dreaming higher in life. I am not in contact with her now but if I get the chance to visit my school , she would be the first person I would love to meet.
