There is an interesting old man in my neighbourhood known as Mauja Singh.
He is 80 year old but still one of the fittest persons in our locality.
He gets at 4 AM in the morning and goes for jogging in the park.
Then during the day he offers voluntary service in a Gurudwara where has to do continuous physical activity such as climbing stairs, riding bicycle,
lifting heavy weights etc.
He goes for another walk in the evening and after dinner he plays with
small children till late night.
He is a role model for other youngsters who neglect their health and become sick in early ages.
