Junk food or fast food is a type of food that contains artificial substances which are bad for health.

• Why is Junk food talked about? This is because junk foods are processed with chemicals that are not recommended by the food safety and security to be consumable.

• Food safety suggests a few limitations of doses of artificial colors to be used. Low levels of them are not toxic to humans.

• The best example is the banning of Maggi. Maggi was one of the best products sold in the Nestle group.

• The food safety found the concentration of Monosodium glutamate was too high and this can affect the nervous system. Therefore, they were banned for a short period until they brought down the level.
