Secularism is the the act of an individual within the society believing there is nothing bad or good in the society, they say situations are just events which occur due to circumstances.

Like for example of the laws were fixed, it could be better, but whenever the law changes and the ideas encrypted in the constitution as law may be an opinion of one person
