EXPERIMENT FOR TESTING SALIVARY AMYLASE
- Take two (2) beaker with same size
- In each beaker mix water,iodine solution and starch ( the solution will be in dark purple color this is because of presence of starch that is polysacharides )
- Add saliva in one beaker only and wait for 10 minutes
