Efficient crop production mechanism is not enough as India already is having sufficient food production also in FCI food storage is enough to serve all Indians but unfortunately that is not being used and those stored food gets rotten......the required mechanism is how to supply that food is reaching to all Poor's...and also to ensure if this supplying system is working smoothly without any conspiracy and bribing....also ensuring ration cards is only with needy people as many people use ration cards for selfish reasons.....then ration shops should not provide malnutritioned food.....and there must be a strict prohibition of wastage of food and strict rules if any misleading activities are found in supplying system of food to needy.
