despite difference in colour, why do all soaps produce white foam??..plz explain

this is so because the bubbles of the form contain huge amount of air than the soap material and when we see reflection of white light through this foam it appears white bur if foam is kept in a room with a coloured light ,say red then the foam will appear reddish..
