Despite of lacking natural resources,Japan has become an industrialist because:

1. Japan spends more in the skills and quality of people.

2. They concentrate or apply the practical method of teaching .Since India concentrates more on theoratical teaching.

Thus the money spended on education,skills and health led to great benefits in future
