From what I think ,Despite the decline in birth rates the growth of population in India increases due to adding of annual rate and migration ,literacy rate ,sex ratio,age composition ,health are some other factors that are the cause of increase in population in India.
even though there is a law or something that parents should have 2 or no children Indian parents don’t follow it.
Resources are also a main reason for increase in population in India.
