Gulliver was a big giant for people of Lilliput. Instead he was unable to defeat them, This proves that unity is strength. His size was about 1000 times bigger than the people of Lilliput.
But they all got together and defeated him easily. Similarly, One ant can't kill a tiger but when 1000 will work together they can even kill a elephant.
So, Small small ant sized people defeated Gulliver who was as big as giant for them.
