OUTBREAK OF THE REVOLT BEFORE DECIDED DATE-The revolt did not go according to the plan as it broke before the decided date.It couldn't spread beyond central India and Delhi.If it was broke out on decided date,it would be difficult for the Britishers to control it.
LACK OF UNITY-There was lack of unity and economic ideology amongst the rulers.Therefore,idea of nationalism couldn't developed.The sepoys and the rulers wanted to satisfy their own interest.
