Short note on Lahore session:

The Lahore session of 1929 was the after math of the Calcutta session of the Congress in 1929, Calcutta session wasn't as fruitful as some of the leaders wanted dominion while the others wanted freedom.

The Lahore session was presided by Jawaharlal Nehru. In the Lahore session the dominion of power was completely ruled out and it was decided that all they wanted was poorna swaraj (complete independence) and it was also decided that if the report from the Lahore session of 1929 was not accepted by the government then they would move to a "nonviolent non cooperation movement".
