(x^2+1/x^2)^2=x^4+1/x^4+2
(x^2+1/x^2)^2=119+2
(x^2+1/x^2)^2=121
(x^2+1/x^2)=11
now
(x-1/x)^2=x^2+1/x^2-2
(x-1/x)^2=11-2
(x-1/x)=3

cubing on both sides
x^3-1/x^3-3(x-1/x)=27
x^3-1/x^3-9=27
x^3-1/x^3=27+9
x^3-1/x^3=34
this is the answer.....
