Actually depression is not having the meaning that is written on google and other things... Its related to a persons mindset and completely differs form person to person.
When you fall for something and don't get it its a depression... Sometimes you are too curious about things but you are not able to get it it leads to cause stress in your body and you do something that takes your life in risk and also your family gets ashamed....

Depression in simple terms means a deeper level of sadness.
A person going through depression goes through a lot of emotional and physical problems.
- One of the main reasons depression arises is due to the person withdrawing himself from the others and not telling his/her problems or is too afraid of other people's reactions or involvement in their problems.
Depression must not be confused with sadness.
- Sadness is a short term feeling.

Overcoming it is one of the biggest achievements a person can do.

- His/her hopeless views on life.

- They also show negligence in their favorite activities.
- They also tend to intake less food.
Depression, whether small/big problem must be taken care of.
Some of the basic things that can cheer up a depressed person are:
- Developing their favorite hobbies
- Talking to them freely
- Not judging on their opinions
- Taking them on walks in green areas.
