Details of previous account are different than present account. hence claim request cannot be processed.

Since the question is not clear, I am giving an assumed answer.

The kind of error as given in the question usually occurs as PF transfer error.

This kind of error may occur due to 2 main reasons:-

1. The details of Name (including capital letters and spaces), Date of Birth, Gender, KYC Information must match exactly like while making the previous transfer. If even one of these details does not match, then the request will not be accepted.

2. If the Joining date and leaving date of the previous company and the current-leaving company has not been updated with the PF number. The company will have to update these details on behalf of the employee.
