Answer:

Antiserum B, blood group is B

Blood grouping firstly discovered by Karl Landsteiner

According to this;

Blood A type has only A antigen, Blood B type has only B antigen, Blood AB type has A antigen as well as B antigen, Blood O type has neither A antigen nor B antigen.

e.g. If a person of blood A donates the blood to group B person. This will not be possible, because blood group A contains A antigen and blood group B contain B antigen. This may lead the agglutination reaction.

Antiserum B contain B antibodies this will agglutinate that blood group which has B antigen on its surface. As blood group, B has B antigen on its surface.
