For that you need to know 2 things:

weight of the oil seeds

weight of the oil extracted from those oil seeds

Once you know these 2 figures, simply divide the #2 by #1 and multiply by 100 to determine the mass percentage of oil from different oil seeds.

 Mass percentage of oil= (Mass of oil/Total mass of all oils)×100

if a g of sunflower oil, b g of flaxseed oil and c g of sesame oil is present, then mass % of sunflower oil ismass % of sunflower oil

=a/a+b+c×100
