oil for foods and foods are derived from oil seeds like canola,soybean,sunflower seed,corn,cotton etc.
canola seed which contains up to 45% of the weight is oil which is been extracted.
these oil has been extracted at 105°C at three 10 minutes cycles
cottonseed has about 30% percent of oil in it
