kale,collards,spinach,rapine,common dandelion,cabbage and turnip greens are examples of leaf vegetables.

Root vegetables are those vegetables which have their roots in the soil.

carrot is a type of root vegetable.

leaves are example of organic matter leaves are  present in many fruits like orange.

water is an inorganic matter
