Abel Flash Apparatus: For flash point below 50 °C Abel flash point Apparatus is used.

Pensky Martens Apparatus: For flash point between 50 °C to 120 °C “Pensky Martens Apparatus” is used.

Cleveland Open Cup: For flash point above 120 °C Cleveland Open Cup is used, it is open cup type flash point apparatus.
