Here is your answer,

First term = k+2
Second term = 4k-6
Third term = 3k-2

Second term - first term = third term - second term
4k-6 - (k+2) = 3k-2 - (4k-6)
4k-6-k-2 = 3k-2-4k+6
3k-8 = 4-k
3k+k = 4+8
4k = 12
K = 12/4
K = 3
