At each intersection , the incoming traffic has to match the outgoing traffic

Intersection A ; x4 + 610 = x1 + 450

Intersection B : x1 + 400 = x2 + 600

Intersection C : x2 + 600 = x3  

Intersection D : x3 = x4 + 520

-x1 +x4 = -160

x1 – x2 = 240

x2 – x3 = - 600

x3  - x4 = 520
