143 revolutions per minute = 143 / 60 revs per second = 2.383 revs per second

= 2.383 x 2 pi radians per second = 14.96 radians per second

This angular velocity changes to zero over 13 seconds

So each second it changes by 14.96 / 13 = 1.15 radians per second per second

So angular deceleration = 1.15 rad / s s
