a3 = 5
= a + 2d and similarly, if a7 = 9 then ,a7 = a + 6d. Equate both of them and you will get d = 4/5 and put this value in one of the equation and you will get the value of a , a = -3/5 hence the AP is -3/5 , 1/5 , 1,.....
