★ Formulas used : a+(n-1)d

Solution :

a3 = a+(3-1)×d = 16

a3 = a+2d

a3+2d = 16

a+12= 16

a = 16-12

\boxed{→ a3 = 4}

a7 = a+(7-1)×d

a7 = a+6d

Here, we got a=4 and d=6.

a5 = a+(5-1)×d

a5 = a+4d

a+6d = a+4d+12

6d = 4d = 12

6d-4d = 12

2d = 12

d = \frac {12}{2}

\boxed{→ d=6}

•°• Ap formed will be 4,10,16,22 ......
