cos=Resistance/impedance

Cos 90°=R/Z

so,XL=wL

but,w=2πf

XL=2πf(150mH)

a) if frequency is 50HZ

XL=2π×50×150mH

XL=15πΩ

b) if frequency is 60Hz

XL=2π×60×150mH

XL=18πΩ
