Along east distance covered = 6ft.

Along South distance covered = 4 ft.

Distance = Distance covered along East + Distance covered along South.

= (6+4)ft

= 10 ft.

By using Pythagoras theorem we will find displacement .

Displacement =( 6*6 )+( 4*4) ft.

= 36 + 16 = 52ft.
