Determine the final temperature if we mix 1kg of water which is 40°C with 1kg of water which is at 60°C?

we know that. final temperature (f)=

(m1t1+m2t2)/(m1+ m2)

here m1= 1kg

m2= 1kg

t1=40

t2= 60

so f= (40+60)/2

= 50 °C
