The number to be multiplied with -1 will be “+35” to get the answer as -35.

Solution:

Let the integer to be obtained is Z

Given: -1 \times ?=-35

For sign symbol: The integer to be multiplied with -1 should be positive to get the answer in negative.

[\because(-) \times(+)=(-)]

To get the integer: It is very simple fact that whatever the number multiplied with 1 will be the same number. Therefore we have a very easy clue of the answer is – 35.

Therefore, the unknown integer is “+ 35”
