Answer:

The Earth is divided by 24 time zones, each 15 degrees East or West of GMT ( Greenwich Mean Time). So 45 degrees West would equal 3 time zones earlier or 3 hours off GMT (depending on time of year and Daylight Saving Time..etc). So 6 or 7 am would be the time let's say in Sao Paolo when it's 10 am in London
