Here we need to use a property known as 'Exterior angle Property'

It states that exterior angle is equal to the sum of opposite interior angles.

According to the question,

137° = 41° + g

⇒ g = 137° - 41°

g = 96°

OR

You can also do this by another method that is by using 'Angle Sum Property' and 'Linear Pair of Angles'

Angle Sum Property states that sum of all angles in a triangle is 180°

By using Linear pair,

∠ACB = 180° - 137°

⇒ ∠ACB = 43°

Using Angle Sum Property,

∠ABC + ∠BAC + ∠ACB = 180°

⇒ g + 41° + 43° = 180°

⇒ g + 84 = 180

⇒ g = 180° - 84°

g = 96°

Answer :

We know that,

) The sum of all angles of a triangle is 180° That is Angle Sum Property.

) The exterior angle of a Triangle is equal to the sum of interior opposite angles. That is Exterior angle property.

Here, we have to find out the angle mentioned as g.

So, by Exterior angle property ,

  • 137 = 41 + g
  • g = 137 - 41
  • g = 96°

Or else we can do like this,

We know that if a line is in linear then , the adjacent angles is equal To 180. By Linear pair of angles,

take 3rd angle of triangle as f.

  • 137 + f = 180
  • f = 180 - 137
  • f = 43.
  • 43 + 137 = 180

Then also we can find out <g by Angle Sum Property.

  • 180 - (41 + 43)
  • 180 - 84
  • = 96
  • g = 96°.
