Heya......!!!!

------- MODULATION INDEX --------

=> modulation index is defined as the ratio of frequency deviation ( ∆ f ) of modulation frequency and is denoted by mf

♦ Given in the question :

➡ Frequency Deviation = ∆f = 25 kHz
➡ Frequency of modulation signal = f(m) = 5kHz

♦ Modulation Index =>> ∆f/f(m) = 25/5 = 5

Modulation index = 5 (( it does not have unit because it is the ratio of same unit ))

♦ Carrier Swing = 2 × ∆f

➡ 2 × 25 kHz

Carrier Swing ➡➡ 50 kHz .

Hope It Helps You ^_^
