When pottasium permanganate(KMnO4) reacted with ferrous amonium sulphate or (Mohr's salt) (FeSO4.(NH4)2SO4.6H2O) then KMnO4 will oxidise Fe+2 to Fe+3 and itself reduces Mn+7 to Mn+2.

So N factor of Mohr's salt is 5..

Equivalent weight = molecular weight/Nfactor

so equivalent weight of mohr's salt is molecular weight / 5.
