Determine the nature of roots of the following quadratic equation :
(x-2a) (x-2b) = 4ab

(x-2a) (x-2b)=4ab
x  { }^{2}  + 2ab - 4 = 0 \\  \\ campairing \: with \: ax {}^{2}  + bx + c = 0 \\ a = 1 \: b = 2 \: c  = - 4

Δ= b -4ac=(2) - 4x1x(-4)
=4 - (-16)
= 20

Δ= 20
