For (NH4)2CO3 I would do so:
2NH4+ is stronger then CO3^2-
CO3^2- + H2O -> HCO3- + OH-

CO3-___ HCO3-____ OH-
0,10M____0M_______0M
-xM_____+xM______+xM
(0,10-x)M_xM_______xM

Kb = [HCO3-] * [OH-] : [CO3^2]

Ka = 5,6 * 10^-11
Kb = Kw : Ka
Kb = 1,0 * 10^-14 : 5,6 * 10^-11=1,8*10^-4

1,8*10^-4= x^2 : 0,010
x = 4,24*10^-3
x = [OH-]
pOH = -log [OH-] = 2,38
pH = 14 - pOH
pH = 14 – 2,38 = 11,62
