here \: a = 4 \:  \: \:  \:  b  =  - 4 \:  \:  \: c = 1

x =  \frac{4 \:  + or -  \:  \sqrt{ (- 4 ){}^{2} +4 \times 4 \times 1  } }{2 \times 4}

Solve the above equation
