12y(y - 15) =  - 4 + 12 {y}^{2}  \\  =  > 12 {y}^{2}  - 180y =  - 4 + 12 {y}^{2}  \\  =  > 12 {y}^{2}  - 180y - 12 {y}^{2}    =  -  4 \\  =  >  - 180y =  - 4 \\  =  > y =  \frac{ - 4}{ - 180} \\  =  > y =  \frac{1}{45}

Answer:

12y(y-15)=-4 +12y²

12y²-180y=12y²-4

y=4/180

y=1/45
