Given that:

H3A ------------> H+(1) +  H2A-(1)

H2A- (1 -0.5)  ------------>  H+ (0.5) + HA-2 (0.5)

HA-2 (0.5 - 0.5 [0.2])    ----------->   H+ (0.1) + A-3 (0.1)

Now calculate the value of van't hoff factor

van't hoff factor (i) = (1 + 0.5 + 0.1 + 0.5 + 0.4 + 0.1)

van't hoff factor = 0.4

Thus, the value of vantt hoff factor is 0.4
