x^2+y^2+2gx+2fy+c=0

A (-2,1)

x^2+y^2 -5x+2y-5=0

4+1+10+2-5=0

12> 0

therefore (-2,1) lies outside

B (0,0)

0+0-0+0-5=0

-5 <0

therefore (0,0) lies inside.

C (-4,-3)

16+9+20-6-5=0

34> 0

therefore (-4,-3) lies outside.
