Answer: -5/-21

Step-by-step explanation:

-3/(-13)=3/13 and -5/(-21)=5/21

We can compare 2 fractions when their denominators are same

So, to make their denominators same we will have to find the L.C.M of denominators.

L.C.M[13,21] will be =13*21

So, we will multiply the numerator and denominator of 1st fraction with 21 and  that of 2nd fraction with 13

1st fraction will be= 63/273

2nd fraction will be=65/273

So, -5/-21 will be greater.
