As the given pair of equation has infinetly many solutions then,
a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2.
a1/a2=4/8=1/2.
b1/b2=1/2.
c1/c2=-3/-5k=3/5k.
After comparing the ratio :
1/2=3/5k.
5k=6.
k=6/5.
