1) Among the options – much, many and any, the correct word would be ‘much’ and it will be written as – ‘I received much help from him’.

It is because here we are talking about something which cannot be counted, thus ‘many’ word is discarded, while ‘any’ is generally used with a sentence that shows negativity.
