Patient : Hello! National Covid-19 Helpline?
Doctor : Yes, speaking.
Patient: Doctor, I am Asif, speaking from Mednipur. I have dry cough and headache since 2 days. I also have fever.
Doctor: Your average body temperature?
Patient: I have taken my temperature with thermometer. It was over 100° F.
Doctor : Any other symptom?
Patient: I feel weak and I have a slight pain in my thoat.
Doctor: Anything else like asthma or muslce pain?
Patient : No.
Doctor : Do you have history of respiratory tract infections?
Patient : No, doctor.
Doctor : Have you taken any antitussive medication?
Patient : Yes. I have taken ketotifen. But there was no clinical improvement.
Doctor: Don't worry. You have to be tested. Before that isolate yourself in a separte room. Wash your hands with sanitizer regularly. Eat healthy foods specially Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc. Now just take paracetamol 500mg when you have fever and single tablet of fexofenadine 120 mg per night for 14 days. Don't get depressed. You are in mild stage. You will be okay.
