Once upon a time, there was a man who lives in a village named Birmitrapur in Odisha. The name of the man was Alexander. He was a very noble and humble man. A tragedy at the age of 10 took his one leg from him and from that time he survived with one leg. He was a very kind-hearted man who always dressed like a king with a hat in his head.
His only source of communication was the parrot that always accompanied him and was his very good friend. He was always a helping hand to all the villagers. One day when he was sitting on the bank of the river, few passersby asked him for help. They learned that Alexander is good at catching fishes. Without giving it a second thought, he agreed to help. They got few fishes and went happily. Thus he was a source of motivation for all.
He was liked and praised by everyone in the villages. He also helps in inculcating good moral values in the children of the villages. Thus, it has been rightly said that when God takes one of your basic necessity he at the same time gives you some power to survive and rule the world. So, God helps those who help themselves.
