I opened my eyes and had no idea where I was or how I got here. The only piece of salvageable memory I had was when I sat near my bedroom window, gazing at the stars. Then suddenly I was brought to unfamiliar waters. The coldness becoming evident on my body, I shivered as I took a close look at my surroundings—a pool of water underneath, the pitch black sky, a light source above me but I am clueless as to where it came from and nothing else, empty. It was quiet, too quiet that i could hear my breathing. Every second of being there made me panic, and as I did so, I sank. The more I struggled, the more I sank. I was drowning and it was not possible to resurface, I couldn't swim. It was then that I came to conclusion— I was gonna die, but I opened my eyes, the stars still twinkling in the dark sky.
