I was shocked when I did not find my science journal in my cupboard! The dates of the practical exam were already announced. The practical exam was just after 3 days. We were told to submit the checked science journals and guess what! I was not able to get it.
I searched, frantically the whole house - including kitchen, but it was nicely disappeared somewhere. My valuable 5 marks and valuable time to write that journal! Even my mom agreed to write the whole journal again, willingly! I was more worried about the experiment.
The days were passing on and my tension was mounting. Finally, practical was the day after tomorrow. I purchased new journal and decided to rewrite it. My whole time table of revision collapsed. But I had no other option, too.
Till late night, I finished off half of the journal but still diagrams were left. Suddenly, I heard a loud call of my name by my grandpa. He had gone to a pilgrimage. He entered my room and threw that book on me and said - 'Wake up young man, take this book, it did a pilgrimage with me.'
The story is as follows:
Early in the morning, two kids were going to school. All of sudden they heard cries of a baby coming from the bushes, wondering if someone had abandoned a baby, they quickly walked to the bushes and quietly peered behind and saw that it was, in fact, a little bird. They wondered if it heard a baby nearby and decided to imitate it. The bird seemed fine but upon closer inspection, They saw that the bird had its nest destroyed, probably by some mischievous kids nearby. They quickly tried finding some seeds and the bird was still at the same spot. They lightly threw the seeds and this bird didn’t seem to fear them for some strange reason. Not wanting to be late to school they quickly made it a temporary house with leaves and a stick but then they realized it might be dangerous to leave it on the ground and quickly ran and found an old shoebox laying around and placed the bird into it after inserting a hold and placed it on the tree. Being confident that the bird will be safe till they returned, they quickly ran and finally, they reached a school.
