Once there was a good king lived – everyone was rightly punished - A thief brought before a king-
charged with stealing jewellery – thief says he is poor and honest – but his hand is guilty – his hand only
made a hole in the wall – hand stole the jewellery – the king says, "you are right - hand will go to the
prison for five years, you can stay outside."

once upon a time a very just and good king ruled his kingdom he was very strict in matter of justice and punished those who were guilty .
once a clever thief was bought before the king he was found guility for stealing jewellery . As the king was kind and just he wanted to listen to the thief too , the thief said he was poor and honest in his defense and cleverly said that his hand was the one who was guilty as the theft was done by his hand .
The king was quick- witted so he agreed to what the thief said but with a condition .
the thief was overjoyed to hear king talking in his favor but His face became pale as when king kept forward his condition which was that " Then the guilty hand will be imprisoned for two years as punishment "
The their Realized that king is intelligent so without further delay he accepted his crime but the king continued to disagree and said
"I am a just king I can't punish you when it's not your fault "
all coustains started smiling and hailing praise to king .
the thief pleaded and along being just the king was kind too but as his responsibility being a king he gave him 5 years imprisonment because of the lie .
moral of story : lie has a short life once you lie u have to lie again to hide the lie ..
