Once I had been having a lot of bad decisions in my life. Nothing seemed to work out nor did I try to improve. Instead, I would always look for an easy way out or even blame others even if it's not their fault. there are times when things get too bad that there will be hardly anyone that I could blame but still I would never blame myself.
Then came the final straw. I was on my way to the all with my friend when we met a friend of his. He was talking to that guy and by the looks of it, they seemed to be close. As I know they will be taking long to say bye, I decided to go on and look for a place to eat something. He came back after almost an hour and saw that I had already eaten. He asked me to wait while he himself eat something but I refused and then starts the issue. This wan't just a normal thing for me and I blew it out of proportion. He said that i did not wait for him while he was talking to his friend to which I replied that I shouldn't as that guy wasn't a friend of mine. In angr, he began saying all the bad decisions that I had made which only seemed to anger me. We went home and I decided to go to my place directly instead of going in his house but then he approached me and began telling me all the things, but in a calm manner. He also said that he was sorry about everything and that i need to calm down and reflect on my own behavior.
That calm approach made me think rationally and I realized my mistake, not only that day but also of the numerous times I must have acted in a bad manner. If not for that calm and friendly approach of my friend, I wonder if I would really realize my own fault. But from that day onwards, I learned to change my approach to life and try to make myself more better for everyone. That is how my life changed fr the better, with a little help from my friend.
