Healthy Body: A home for healthy mind and society:
To find some evidences for the today living healthy world, we must first seek our past. The history of human evolution is huge and shows a definite link between our physical health and a psychological balance for a well-being. The Greeks understood the grave importance of a sound mind and a sound body. The credo became the foundation of their own civilisation. For the evidences on how we can best survive the modern day we should look to the wisdom held in our ancestry and evolutionary biology. The 5 habits for the mantra of a well-being and for a healthy mind in a healthy body.
1) Daily Physical Exercising: Do well hard Exercise for at least 40 minutes most of the days in the whole week.
2) Intellectual Curiosity of the body: Spend most or some of the time in a focused thought, always question "why?", exploring new creativity and ideas every day.
3) Human unity- a relationship to maintain: Create and maintain a really close proximity to the close-knit human bonds and a strong social supportive network.
4) Energy Balance: Balance the calories in and calories out and reduce your total carbon footprint.
5) Foster great creativity: Challenge, everything, your mind to connect unrelated ideas in new and useful ways, by doing this you learn new creativeness and add it everything in your speech, work and in front of your relatives.
I strongly whole-heartedly believe that these 5 mantras of a health mind and body for a well-being will make you healthy, happy and young at your heart. This will be my awareness to give to the negative impacts of the modern life.

Most of us have heard or read about this and some people also keep saying this to others as friendly advice. It has a simple but deep meaning. For a healthy mind, healthy body, we obviously know we should be both physically and mentally healthy and fit. But most of us seem to be ignoring this simple mantra in today’s times—including me.
A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. Mental health is imperative for physical health. If the mind is unsullied and pure, it will greatly help in maintaining physical well-being and health.
